台北中山 2田 A CUT牛排館台北國賓完全改觀米其林一星 A Cut Steakhouse much improvement

A Cut 進步很多，含服務、環境，尤其是甜點大推。午間套餐CP值高。A cut makes a lot of improvement, including service, environment, especially desserts.

之前覺得A cut 只有牛排可以，其他像是服務很糟，環境糟(桌距太擠，跟本不像高檔餐廳)

近二次用餐，覺得改很多

先說服務，之前一路走進餐廳都沒人理，舉手半天沒人理。這次有專人在看，一舉手馬上問

環境，之前用餐區塞滿滿，桌跟桌之間超近，一點都沒有高檔牛排館感覺，這次距離大很多

最後是其他的菜色，前幾年，開胃菜，甜點真的完全不行

這次一來，前菜加錢加點La Pyramide的菜(法國米其林二星餐廳)，甜點讓我眼前一亮!!!

至此完全對A cut改觀!!

最後中午吃最便宜紐約客就很好吃了，覺得划算!

1 year ago, service and environment is not good in A cut, only steak is ok.

But this time, I feel A cut make a huge improvement.

Service is much better than before, space between tables is bigger than before(high-end restaurant should be)

You can choose appetizers which come from La Pyramide (Michelin 2 star restaurant in Paris) with additional charge, but worth to try, very delicious.

The last, dessert surprise me. A perfect ending.

Lunch mean is cheaper, New Yorker steak is also good and cheap.
