台北大同 1田 豐舍 只為法式血鴨來 Brasserie Bonne Recolte Pressed Duck

台灣唯一有提供血鴨的餐廳,醬汁是實實在在的味道,食材可以。The only restaurant that offer pressed duck(canard au sang), sauce is really good.

法式名菜-血鴨,歷史就不說太多了

一次要四人份才會出血鴨

店位在迪化街的老建築,古色古香

醬料從沙拉開始,到開胃菜的松露醬,到血鴨的醬汁(竟然加了刺蔥),真的是完美呈現

但是食材就ok

至於鴨肉,不知道為什麼,在台灣吃的鴨就是沒有法國來的好吃,我開始懷疑是鴨的品種問題了

相對的,法國的鴨子拿來做烤鴨,是不是也不ok?????

最後,我還蠻愛他的菜脯肥肝燉飯

P.S 之前可能有人說不飽,這餐其實蠻飽的


A famous traditional dish, pressed duck((French: Canard à la presse, Caneton à la presse, Canard à la rouennaise, Caneton à la rouennaise or Canard au sang). Need to order 4 at least.

Located in Dihua Street that is Taipei old street.

Sauce is perfect, from salad, truffle sauce, to pressed duck sauce(Alianthus Prickly Ash inside, OMG).

But material is just ok.

I don’t understand why duck in France is better than in Taiwan, I doubt it’s breed problem.

Maybe roast duck made from France duck is also bad fromp Taiwan.

BTW, I like risotto with foie gras and preserved vegetable.
